She holds the gold standard in coaching as a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Tracy combines evidence-based techniques with practical strategies to foster effective leadership skills in her clients. Tracy is a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index assessment which provides a unique lens on self-awareness and emotional intelligence, two key ingredients for any leader.

Throughout her career, Tracy has worked with a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 executives to emerging leaders in non-profit organizations. Her expertise includes executive coaching, self-leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and strategic planning. Tracy is known for her dynamic coaching style, which is both supportive and challenging, ensuring that her clients not only set ambitious goals but also achieve them.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Tracy is passionate about health and fitness and is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine. Her background as a Varsity Cheerleader at the University of Colorado at Boulder provides useful skills as she now cheers from many East Bay sidelines for her two children’s variety of sports. She volunteers with the National Charity League and currently serves as the Auction Chair for the Walnut Creek Soccer Club. Tracy resides in Walnut Creek, CA where she believes in living a balanced life and encourages her clients to find harmony between their personal and professional aspirations.
