Develop Your Self-Compassion With 8 Exercises

Dr. Kristen Neff offers eight exercises to build more self-compassion through writing, challenging self-talk, meditation, and more. The article reminds me that when we are compassionate with ourselves, we can have more compassion for others. Similarly, when we judge ourselves as good or bad, we often judge those around us.
